On this program you will visit the city of Addis Ababa, the diplomatic capital of Africa, headquarter of African Union and home to over 120 Embassies. You will also visit Gondar, known as the Camelot of Africa, with its medieval castles and Churches, the ancient capital of Ethiopia. You’ll get the chance to see the Simien mountains, Ethiopia’s most popular hiking destination hosting the fourth highest mountain in Africa. Also included is a visit to Lalibela, the “Jerusalem of Africa”,home of the fascinating rock-hewn churches from the 12th century and a visit to the Bale Mountains national park, which is known for its wildlife.
